 BTAC 80  is a quaternary ammonium salt. It offers antistatic and softening properties, which make it suitable for hair conditioners and rinses.

What it is

• Alcohol analogue of Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)

• INCI name: Panthenol

• Chemical name: (R)-2,4-Dihydroxy-N-(3-hydroxypropyl)-3,3-dimethylbutanamide

• Only D-Panthenol is biologically active (better than DL-Panthenol)
